Service provisions

Service provisions are a simplified manner of contracting technical and specific work (essays, technical reports, legal and expert opinions). This type of contract can be used when the following requirements are met:

  • the economic considerations do not exceed 12,000 € (not including VAT);
  • the execution period does not exceed 12 months;
  • the ownership of results, publications or liabilities of the parties does not need to be regulated.

HOW ARE SERVICE PROVISION CONTRACTS FORMALIZED?

The procedure consists of the following steps:

1. Completion of Order Datasheet

2. Processing

3. The activity is completed by the researcher responsible

4. Completion of Delivery Note
