This type of contract can be used when the following requirements are met:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>the economic considerations do not exceed 12,000 \u20ac (not including VAT);<\/li>\n<li>the execution period does not exceed 12 months;<\/li>\n<li>the ownership of results, publications or liabilities of the parties does not need to be regulated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"mceTemp\">\n<p><strong>HOW ARE SERVICE PROVISION CONTRACTS FORMALIZED?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The procedure\u00a0consists of the following steps:<\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/otri.umh.es\/en\/contratos-y-convenios\/contratacion-art-83-lou\/prestaciones-de-servicio\/hoja-de-encargo\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Completion of Order Datasheet<\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. <a href=\"https:\/\/otri.umh.es\/en\/contratos-y-convenios\/contratacion-art-83-lou\/prestaciones-de-servicio\/tramitacion\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Processing<\/a><\/p>\n<p>3.
